WHITEBOARD: Justice Delayed…

The Pattern of Playing w the Clock, and its Impact on Outcomes
6

Yesterday’s decision by the Supreme Court remains outrageous, and if you broaden the lens, it’s part of a pattern — where the timing of cases and long delays can have a direct and lasting impact on the outcomes of major political disputes.

WATCH the video above to see how the past few months are so similar to both Bush v. Gore and Moore v. Harper.

Most importantly, as I said yesterday, this remains an important reminder that it will be up to the people ourselves to save our rule of law. Our courts are unequipped and/or unwilling to uphold that rule of law, so.…it’s on us.

So, don’t get distracted.

Buckle down for that hard work—at all levels and all across the country. And once we win, it’s also time to demand major reform to the institutions that are supposed to be there when the rule of law is under attack.
