Great ideas. Westerville has Westerville Progressive Alliance. They do a fantastic job.

I have admired the WPA’s work since I first heard about it (2017). I have wondered if cities whose boundaries overlap two (or more) counties have had an extra incentive to set up a structure outside of county parties.

Thank you. Just reached out to my county Dems and asked how to get involved in their precinct program. I didn't know there was such a thing.

You need to listen to the concerns of your local people. If they do not feel heard and understood you are wasting your time. You need a good message, that people care about. You need a good messenger, that people trust. You need to be active all the time year round and not just during election cycles. Not just campaigning, but showing up and showing people that they matter and the issues that impact them you care about and pay attention to and are working on and for. Being a good neighbor works wonders......

"...the conversations are more authentic, with a neighbor—not a stranger. This can cut through disinformation and social media nonsense more than anything else." This 'Pepperspectives' gets a gold star. Full of valuable insights and information; cuts to the chase of what to do NOW! We can't let the next two years simply slide past without doing everything possible to change direction beginning with '26 elections. Thank you, David Pepper!

Why do I receive continuous messaging directly from the GOP, literally from national down to local, yet receive only emails from the “good guys?”

Not quite so fast.

Don't forget that the 80/20 Rule (Pareto) holds that 80 percent of your results come from 20 percent of your efforts (and on down): 99 percent of your results will come from one percent.

Republicans won the presidency with just over 7000 votes in key precincts.

I canvassed in Western PA. We had many great convos and won our precinct -- but it is a spot of blue amid a sea of red. We won the battle but lost the war. Trump won the state.

The operative word is WIN. Not canvas. Let's explore together what it will take to WIN.

For more on Pareto -- read Richard Koch's fantastic books. I am open to a chat too.
