Two days ago I voted early in Ohio. I’m a registered Democrat but I’ve lived in Ohio for five years so don’t know that much about the politics here but your posts have really helped me. Of course I voted Democrat down ballot but wrote down these 3 judges’ names to make sure I voted for them. Poor man so unjust but maybe he can appeal? I wish him the best of luck but thank you David for your excellent posts!
Imagine what Ohio Justice Joe Deters's thought process had it been his esophagus that was punctured. How likely is it that he'd maintain his opinion of the "other's" injury had been his own?
Odd that GOPers claim ownership over Jesus. They appear to know nothing about him.
Joe Deters was one of the worst prosecutors in Ohio. Hamilton County 1st District Court of Appeals had over 395 appeal assignments of error for prosecutorial misconduct during his tenure. I just voted against him last week in the election. On the contrary, Justice Donnelly is a good judge.
U.K. lawyer here. Surely the question to ask was ‘what was the point of writing “boneless” on the menu if they contained bones’?
Is it now ok in Ohio to write “gluten free” if it includes gluten? Or “nut free” if it includes nuts? Why should any diner or indeed consumer put any faith in the description of a product if the courts will not enforce the law?
