Tell them: there is still time (barely) go to https://votefromabroad.org - registration and overseas ballot requests can be sent in via email. BUT the completed & signed ballot must be sent back by POSTAL MAIL postmarked by November 6. So there's no time to lose! The requested ballot will be sent to the voter by email, complete it, sign it and get it in the mail ASAP!
