They also don't have individual apartment intercoms where the resident can unlock the building door remotely to allow a visitor into the building. Campaign after campaign our canvassers ran into the same problem so we don't send them to those buildings.

That can of course be an obstacle. And it’s why we have to take advantage of all the other ways to communicate with these voters.
It's not hard to figure out who live inside of a building. Connect with those people to get the word out. That's how we do it in NYC.
