I think it is important NOT to ID government workers that Trump plans to fire as "non-partisan civil servants." They should be called FIRST as "professional scientists, engineers, economists, and lawyers who implement our laws." Calling them mere " civil servants" diminishes their expertise and makes them sound expendable to low-information voters.
