I would appreciate that added feature because it would allow me to listen while doing other things when needed. Thank you for being responsive - and all that you do!
I vote no because I understand material better when I read it. However, I know there are many people that find the opposite true. If you have the time it would be a nice addition for people that have that preference.
I love the idea of an audio version and I would be a more consistent consumer of your Substack! I realize it takes more time investment on your part but it would be great.
I listen to Cleve.com's Today in Ohio, having no alternative. BUT I find that unless I'm reading the transcript while listening, I tend to go off and delete emails, etc, and lose track of the spoken word. If I have something visual -- either an article/transcript OR a video -- I pay attention. My problem seems to be finding something to look at while I'm listening that doesn't detract from the content. :-) Perhaps I should take up crochet?
Appreciate the new feature, I'll use it. Since Trump inherited a good economy that he wants to hammer with 25% tariffs and mass deportations of a lot of agriculture workers...lets keep a watch on grocery prices. Because truth is under attack.
I like the listening option! And I really appreciate the Grocery Index. People forget Trump's campaign promises/lies and the public needs to be reminded. Constantly. Thank you! Meidas Touch Network is also keeping Trump's lies front and center.
Great study to do and follow. Thanks. I often don't have time to sit and read. Listening while I do chores, walk, drive, etc. is a bonus and helps me absorb.
I prefer to read. I don't comprehend and retain audio in the same way. Likely it's related to my ADHD. Reading is my ADHD "hyper-focus" super power. Audio is for music only.
Thank you, David. I'm sorry I'm not in much a position to contribute financially, but I find your work AND your art uplifting in these dark times. Peace, Paul

I like to read. It's quiet and I can scan and skip. No offense.

The only thing I'd ask is that if this does become a regular feature, you continue to make transcripts available for accessibility reasons. Thanks.

I listen more than I read. Wish they all did audio versions
I prefer to read, but sometimes need to listen in order to fit in all the things I'm doing. So, I'd definitely use this feature!
Thanks for being flexible to your audience, David!

Audio doesn’t work if you’re hearing doesn’t work. Just saying….

I appreciate this as an option.
