You’re suffering an acute lack of imagination. All you have to do is study the history of the Holocaust to properly understand this deportation plan. At first the nazis thought that by persecuting the Jews and taking away their citizenship, the Jews would be forced to leave. But no country would let them in. So the next idea was to deport all the Jews from Germany to Lithuania. That didn’t work either. So they can up with the “final solution” - the death camps with their gas chambers. Your fictional story is missing a key element - guard towers with shoot to kill orders. Look at concentration camp photos to see what you’re missing - rows of starving inmates, too weak to escape.
