It’s much bigger.
The attack on direct democracy is a coordinated, nationwide power grab by the far-right.
Why? Because they fear what just happened in Kansas, Michigan and elsewhere.
They know that the people themselves are the greatest threat to the extremism they’re pushing through gerrymandered statehouses. And they want to get ahead of people-driven change and accountability wherever they can.
