I’m always looking for new forms of engagement in this pro democracy movement. David’s discussion about cuts to SNAP and how food banks are hurting is an area of immediate concern. But what would be more impactful is to make a visit to a pantry and ask them about their concerns and fears. Monetary donations or food donations are wonderful, but taking the time to express concern and support takes it to the next level. Thank you David for the inspiration.

I believe that he might have done that while he waited in line for the place to open? But I would like to know how he explained his presence there if it weren't for politicking. They (both staff and patrons) would be curious as to who WAS that stranger.

I'd like to know what race he's running for. I get why he stayed on the topic for a while about not being angry w/ MAGA voters and wanting them to get what they deserve. We're not a party of revenge like the Republicans. We should not do that kind of thing.

On the other hand, maybe some of OUR folks also need some compassion because they are suffering because of the MAGA Congress and they have a right to be angry. So compassion in both stables, so to speak.

But know that there was a donkey in the stable where Jesus was born, not an elephant.

The abuse of power angle has merit, but only as far a Chief Justice Roberts will allow. Don't forget immunity and Roberts affinity towards Trump.

I appreciate David's perspectives across the other river in Indiana. Things are terribly bad here is well. He's not planning to give up the Whitehouse. Great chat!

My wife used to say "The guilty suspect". If Trump was innocent of whatever he is hearing, he wouldn't be afraid or worried that his name is in the files. He knows he has said they were friends and there is video of them together. Why is he trying, So Hard to deny and cover up, that he is in the files? GUILTY or someone he knows is GUILTY!

I am an Ohio Army Veteran, Retired Engineer, registered republican, white guy. Republican congress is blowing our tax dollars on nonprofitable garbage to appease their King. Reduced or eliminated funding for technology, science, education, health, infrastructure, renewable energy, FEMA, agriculture, internet security and a lot of other stuff that develops our country, creates jobs keeps our society healthy, secure and educated. My great, great, great grandparents were immigrants. I do not have a problem with allowing hardworking, lawful immigrants into our country and society. They boost our economy and take the jobs us white folks are too good for. They also bring greater knowledge into our society. I noticed a lot of women and immigrants work and try harder than us white guys. I guess that is what white guys fear, that they can be better than us because they try harder. To me that is a benefit I appreciate. Makes me try to work smarter instead of harder.

Bottom line, I am looking forward to voting in a Democratic majority first chance I get. I hate the suffering our society is undergoing now and it will be much worst in the near future all because of a weak Republican Congress and an insane president.

Bring on the Epstein files. Stop the lawlessness of ICE. Reallocate the money to benefit Society and not your King.

Democrat congress needs to develop a Project 2029 that outlines the future of America. This will provide talking points and create a cohesiveness within the party. Representatives and Senators need to tailor the needs of their constituents in the Project. One size does not fit all. The younger generation need to replace the old dead wood that drag down the party.
