I hope for the sake of Ohio school students that Steve Dyer is right when he says the OH Supreme Court will have a hard time overturning a summary judgment by the lower court. But I'm skeptical when it comes to republican courts doing the right thing. We've seen other state supreme courts ignore their own constitutions to render political decisions; we've seen the same from the federal Supreme Court. Good luck to Steve as this fight continues.

Arizona needs to do the same, but we have a stacked and rigged state SCOTUS. But this gives a class action a hope!!
