But why do you link to Amazon? If people order from Bookshop.org, it may be a little more (only if you have free shipping from Amazon) but the support they give to local booksellers more than makes up for it.
In full disclosure, Bookshop didn't have the paperback so if that's what you are looking for, you might look elsewhere. But Bookshop.org should be your go to place for books (Biblio for used books). (And, David, maybe your dad or his publisher can get the paperbacks to Bookshop).
