He’s also in cahoots with the scariest people in the country: the heritage foundation. They are literally scheming to eliminate jobs with AI and then they’ll need to eliminate excess people (Medicaid, SNAP, vaccines, the people who harvest our food and the prices of that food). They want to thin the population. That’s who Vance is.

J. D. Vance is the Artful Dodger. Notice how he carved his way between the "release the Epstein files," but crickets now? Notice how Sen. Rand Paul said Vance "almost" voted no on the BBB? The point is, Vance voted "yes."
But when/if he gets a chance to succeed DJT, he can call on all of those "bothsides" moments to rationalize almost any stand. J.D. is a canny little ambitious son of a gun. He is a product of MAGA Ohio, whether or not he identifies with being Peter Thiel's model "son."
What strikes me about Vance and Trump is they both experienced xtreme childhood trauma. The movie of Hillbilly Elegy clearly portrayed the dysfunction in Vance's family and the instability, even craziness, of his mother who dragged her son around as she changed partners. Even the support of his maw-maw couldn't suffice to heal the hurt, evidently. If it had, I believe he would have chosen to serve not harm his hillbilly community, which will now lose medical services and food aid due to the big bad bill he cast the deciding vote to pass.
