I applaud senator Murkowski for speaking up about intimidation. She is finally shining a light on the bully tactics of maga- more senators and congressmen and women need to do the same. Like they say there is safety in numbers. We are watch and hoping for many more to ‘shine a light on it”.

Senator Murkowski has long been a voice of reason in her party. I appreciate her honesty in expressing the retaliation she and her colleagues fear, but it's her job, her sworn oath to protect the Constitution. She can look back throughout history for dissent, truth, and courage models. She overcomes her fear, just like I do when I go into the street to protest in a place where militia show up and trucks veer toward the curb where protesters stand. Courage is contagious--speaking out about the intimidation she and her party members fear is an act of courage, now she needs to make her voice even louder! Courage will follow.

This is the land of the brave. I haven’t been tested yet, but I was not able to run for office and accept the role, either.

I trust SCOTUS as much as I trust a famished person to not eat at a buffet.
