Great initiative and it makes no sense to leave any race uncontested. But the amounts you’ve raised are still so little. Meanwhile didn’t Sherrod Brown raise over $200 million to lose to Bernie Moreno. Wouldn’t it make sense to to have statewide candidates give 5-10% of the money they raise to legislative races? Same as when Amy McGrath and Jamie Harrison raised over $100 million in their races against McConnell and Lindsey Graham.

This is so right. I ran for Texas House last year. HD 8. Rural East Texas. Got 20% of the vote. A lot of people don’t vote because “their votes don’t matter”, “Democrats never did anything for me”. They don’t understand how conservatism has limited their lives and opportunities. They do not understand the power of their vote.
