If you are elected, the Trump administration will target Ohio for being a "blue" state, and it seems like Amy is ready to personally put on the shock gloves and start arresting immigrants with ICE. How are you more conservative than Mike DeWine on the issue of ethnic cleansing?
This is a local progressive group in Highland County Ohio that I am part of. We are trying to expand our reach. There will be more to come from Unity in Action for Democracy that aims to remove barriers which divide us while informing Ohioans on candidates and topics aligned with common values.

You're right to be suspicious. You may notice that this is not part of Pepper's post. It was just shared here. I opened the substack and found no details that were helpful in identifying who the group is... I would say it's a 'troll' just trying to reach concerned activists. Hopefully David or his staff will remove it.

I posted the article in Pepper’s comments in an effort to push our group, Unity in Action for Democracy. We are working to get the Acton/Pepper ticket in the statehouse this November!
We are a nonpartisan political action group. We are founded by concerned citizens of Highland County Ohio. We are funded through donations and volunteers. We do not accept contributions for candidates but instead promote contributions to be made directly to candidates. We select to promote candidates who will make our lives better by working for the people, listening to us and our concerns. Currently we are promoting Howard Zody (I) for county commissioner; Any Wright (D) for state house district 91; Brian Deer (D) state senate district 17; Don Leonard US house district 15; and Amy Acton/David Pepper OH governor!

Why hasn't this found a way into media coverage or political ads? I don't believe that this is widely known among the public.
