The U.S. government 'micro-managing' private institutions in such a demanding manner should concern everyone. If Harvard complied, what's to stop the next TRUMP from making similar demands in boardrooms nationwide? WAKE UP, AMERICA!

Question, which may sound like a conspiracy theory but in this day and age need be asked —
Could the two lawyers you have pointed out not be planted there to do the fotus bidding in the end, to skew the cases in some way?
I think it’s a fair question. Perhaps it makes a settlement discussion easier at some point. But the ferocity of the brief does not feel like plants.
