The problem has stopped being adherence to the "rule of law." It is now a problem of adherence to the ACTUAL LAWS. WHY isn't some Dem introducing articles of impeachment against trump with a LONG list of the High Crimes and Misdemeanors he is committing. Performative? Of course. That's the point. Dems, get out there and start PERFORMING.
I've written several letters to Chuck Shumer as well. Democrats seem like they're waiting for orgs to do the work of filing lawsuits. It's not enough. Shumer needs to get busy and LEAD!
