ACTION NEEDED: Calls to Wisconsin
Do What You Can Before Tuesday
Last week, it was a special election in Pennsylvania.
This upcoming week, it’s several House races in Florida.
And a critical race to determine who controls the Wisconsin Supreme Court: a pro-democracy majority, or a Scott Walker clone who would only be there thanks to $20M-plus from Musk.
Think of the message it would send—going forward—if we defeat Musk and the far right’s attempt to buy justice in the nation’s tipping point state.
So…if you have any time this weekend to help, please make some calls to Wisconsin voters. Trust me, it matters. We saw that in Ohio in 2023, where activists from around the country helped us lift turnout and win a special election in August, and secure reproductive freedom in November.

It may be one of the most humiliating and embarrassing foreign visits in generations.
But not a surprise.
It turns out, if you insult and bully and threaten people, you don’t win them over. Indeed, they don’t want to be anywhere near you. (Most of today’s GOP politicians being notable exceptions.)
Which is why JD Vance and his entourage were forced to strip down their much ballyhooed visit to Greenland—to essentially hold a press conference amongst themselves that they could have had in DC.
Despite an effort to roust out people to meet with Vance, there were no takers.
So he was left spouting absurd talking points like this:
And in case anyone thinks all this insanity is winning over Americans, it turns out the vast majority of us also oppose it:
When did the “president’s desires” become a policy objective?
What I want to know is, who are these 26% of so-called Americans in favor of us taking over a sovereign nation? That, to me, says these same people are in favor of Russia's incursion into Ukraine! In what world is this acceptable? And if you are part of this 26%, I'm sure there are apartments available in Moscow somewhere. Have at them! PLEASE!!
